Another week

  The last week was a little wild. It was easy to forget about my goal and let my eating get out of control. I was tempted but I stayed in control. I am losing a average of a pound a week. When I do have a day I lose control. I stop and start again the next day. 

My Journey 

About four weeks ago i decided to once again to  embark on a journey of trying to lose weight. What caused this to happen was I checked my fasting blood sugar a couple times and I did not what I saw. Most my adult life I have struggle with over eating and a food disorder or addiction. In 2007 I had become ill and that lasted about 4 to 5 years. That is when food became my enemy. (I was having alot of colon and stomach issues)  I have been healed since then. Back to this journey I knew when I started my body would cry out because it was accustomed to a high calorie intake. I decided to use weight watchers online to help me. I have always lost weight using this program. It simplifies counting calories by counting points. I am almost 50 and my goal is 

not to get skinny but to get healthy.
